1. Nature of Services. Ratings Prime provides general education, coaching, and consulting. We are NOT a law firm, VA-accredited claims agent, attorney, or VSO. You are the claimant: you decide what to claim and you submit your claim.
2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes. We cannot guarantee any specific rating or compensation amount. Backed by my refund commitment: the VA decides every claim, so I never promise a result, but if your claim doesn't end in at least a 10% increase in your overall VA rating or an increase in your monthly compensation, you get a full refund. Terms are in the agreement.
3. Educational Purpose. All materials are for general educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, medical, or financial advice.
4. Client Responsibilities. You are responsible for: accuracy of information provided; filing your own claim; attending C&P exams; making your own claim decisions.
5. Payment & Refund. Defined in your individual service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
7. Confidentiality. All client information treated as confidential per our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property. All materials are our IP. Personal use only.
9. Free Alternatives. Free assistance available from VSOs (DAV, VFW, American Legion), accredited agents, and attorneys at va.gov/ogc/apps/accreditation.
10. Governing Law. State of Florida.
